At Cegedim UK, I serve as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in backend development using .NET technologies. I design and implement scalable microservices that integrate with external enterprise systems such as SAP and Dynamics. My responsibilities include architecting clean, maintainable codebases that follow SOLID principles, developing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, and optimizing system performance. I actively contribute to system design discussions, mentor junior developers, and ensure that our solutions meet both business requirements and technical standards. I also participate in DevOps workflows, version control with GitLab, and continuous integration practices to support smooth delivery pipelines.
At Eserve, I worked as a Senior Software Engineer contributing to the digital transformation of government services in Egypt. I was responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using .NET technologies. My work focused on streamlining public sector processes, ensuring data integrity, and improving system performance and scalability. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, led the onboarding and training of junior developers, and coordinated directly with project managers to align technical solutions with client requirements. I also participated in code reviews, system integrations, and deployments, playing a key role in delivering robust and secure software solutions to various government entities.

From 2015 to 2018, I worked as a Software Developer contributing to Egypt’s national G2G (Government-to-Government) integration initiative. Under the supervision of the Ministry of Planning, I developed secure and scalable APIs designed to facilitate interoperability between various government ministries and sectors. My work focused on implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles to enable seamless data exchange across siloed systems, improving public service delivery and administrative efficiency.
I was responsible for analyzing system requirements, developing integration services, and maintaining secure communication between heterogeneous government platforms. This included working closely with stakeholders from different ministries to ensure that each API met institutional data standards and supported secure, real-time information flow. My contributions helped advance the digital transformation of Egypt’s public sector and laid the groundwork for broader national digital services led by the Ministry of Communications.
